  • Cost: $500/hour for pre-existing presentations (as above).

  • If you would like something tailored specific to your needs, workshop creation is charged at $150/hour (contact me for a quote)

  • Electronic notes are included (extra cost for printed notes)

  • Audiences <50pax

  • Travel within 20km of Mackay City included. Additional travel quoted on request.

A bespoke service to bring evidence based wellbeing to your workplace. Custom created experiences, hands on activities, the world is your oyster!

  • $1000/hour

  • Half day (up to 3 hours) $2400

  • Full Day (up to 6 hours) $4500

  • Includes: Customised topics and slide deck (includes 2 hours of content creation); electronic notes; Meals Plans or Recipe Ideas; Travel within 20km Mackay City; groups <80pax

  • Add-ons: Extra content creation charged at $150/hour; Recording license available for internal use; Printed notes & workbooks quoted as needed; Travel and accommodation quoted as needed.

Booking t&c

A 50% deposit secures your date, with balance due 7 days prior to the event. Cancellations within 14 days incur a 50% charge; within 7 days 100% charge.
