• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged.

3. Products and Tonics

• Practitioner-only supplements and bespoke tonics are dispensed based on professional assessment.

• They are not transferable to other individuals.

• Refunds or exchanges are not available once products have been prepared or opened, except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

4. Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel. Missed or late cancellations may incur a fee at the practitioner’s discretion.
